Det vises til Styrets brev av 25. februar 2016 og de anmerkninger og kommentarer som
der er angitt.
I forbindelse med patentkravene vil det presenteres at krav 1 kan leses slik at kravet
omfatter anvendelse av en blanding av begge de to herdbare komponentene som
fremstilles ved (I) termisk behandling mellom et organopolysiloksan (A) og hver av en
hydrofob silika (B-2) eller (II) en hydrofil silika (B-3) eller av (III) hver av disse delene for
seg ved at kravet inneholder passusen «og ytterligere omfattende» som kan leses til å
vise tilbake på anvendelsen og ikke nødvendigvis på produktet. Bakgrunnen for denne
tolkningen kan blant annet finnes i beskrivelsen på side 7, linje 1-14 hvor alternativer for
fremstillingen av blandingene er beskrevet. Her er det tydelig referert til hver av
blandingene for seg idet det først er angitt enn første blanding mellom komponentene (A)
(organopolysiloksan) og (B-1) (en hydrofob og en hydrofil silika, altså en blanding av
komponentene (B-2) og (B-3)) og hvor det videre er beskrevet at «den andre herdbare
blandingen i henhold til foreliggende oppfinnelse» omfatter: (A) og (B-2). Her er det, så
vidt det kan oppfattes, angitt at det fremstilles to separate blandinger, selv om den ene av
komponentene i hver blanding (A) er den samme.
Det kan videre vises til beskrivelsen side 8, linje 10-19, hvor det er forklart at «i den første
herdbare blandingen i henhold til foreliggende oppfinnelse, er det foretrukket at blant
komponentene (B-1), i det minste den hydrofile silike’en, og spesielt BÅDE den
hydrofile og den hydrofobe silike’en …» hvor dette tolkes dithen at blandingen kan
utgjøres av enten organopolysiloksanet (A) i blanding med en hydrofob silika (B-2) eller
organopolysiloksanet (A) i blanding med en hydrofil silka (B-3) eller begge deler. Dette
går videre frem av utsagnet på side 8, linje 17-19 hvor det er angitt «I den foreliggende
oppfinnelsen inneholder foretrukket den herdbare blandingen komponenten (B-1) (altså
blandingen av hydrofob og hydrofil silika) eller (B-2) (altså den hydrofobe silika for seg).
Det foretrukne trekket det her refereres til er mengdeforholdet mellom komponentene til
organoplysiloksanet (A), og tolkes dithen at dette ikke forhindrer at oppfinnelsen
også dekker blandingen mellom organoplysiloksanet (A) og den hydrofile silika
(A-3) for seg.

"how this is interpreted as saying that the mixture canposed by either the organopolysiloksanet (A) in the mix with a hydrophobic silica (B-2) ororganopolysiloksanet (A) in the mix with a hydrofil silka (B-3), or both. Thisgo further forward of the statement on page 8, line 17-19 where it is specified "in the presentthe invention includes preferred the herdbare mixture component (B-1) (that is,the mixture of hydrophobic and hydrofil silica) or (B-2) (that is, the hydrophobic silica for them).The preferred move it here referred to is the amount of the relationship between the components oforganoplysiloksanet (A), and be interpreted as saying that this does not prevent the inventionalso covers the mixture between organoplysiloksanet (A) and the hydrophilic silica(A-3).

It may also refer to the description page 8, line 10 to 19, where explained that "the first
curable composition of the present invention, it is preferable that among
the components (B-1), at least the hydrophilic silike'en and especially both
hydrophilic and hydrophobic silike'en ..." where this is interpreted to mean that the composition may
consist of either the organopolysiloxane (A) in admixture with a hydrophobic silica (B-2) or
the organopolysiloxane (A) in admixture with a hydrophilic of silica (B-3), or both. This
moving forward of the statement at page 8, lines 17-19 where it is stated "In the present
invention preferably contains the curable composition the component (B-1) (ie
the mixture of hydrophobic and hydrophilic silica) or (B-2) ( thus the hydrophobic silica separately).
the preferred features referred to herein is the ratio of the components to
